After clicking the corresponding blue or grey button, the user is asked for a first and last name, position in the company, email address, telephone number, location details, URL, and project information such as number of users and time frame.

WorkBooks offers users two membership options. The first is the CRM account, which costs about $42. This membership type allows the user to manage contacts, integrate email, manage leads and marketing campaigns, integrate Google Adwords, use dashboards and reports, access quoting tools and produce books, review opportunities and forecasts, and use help desk and case management.
